Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any body care items.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of every product we deliver.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
